Napolcom inspects Laguna PPO

A TEAM from the National Police Commission 4A on Friday conducted annual monitoring, inspection, and management audit at the Laguna Police Provincial Office.

The inspection is being conducted annually by the Napolcom inspecting team in exercise of its administrative control and operational supervision over the police force.

Lt. Col. Rafael Torres, Deputy Provincial Director for Administration of the Laguna PPO, warmly welcomed in an arrival honor Napolcom provincial officer for Laguna attorney Mia Antonette Quijano, who led the inspection team.

The inspection team inspected first the officers and non-officers of Laguna PPO to check their compliance for “tamang bihis.”

Firearms, and paraphernalia as part of the uniform, were also inspected.

As part also of the inspection, offices’ records safekeeping and filing were also checked by the inspecting team to check if protocols for documentation are also complied.

The team also inspected Comelec checkpoints established by police stations of the Laguna PPO.

Quijano emphasized that police personnel must continue to be cognizant of their morale and the PNP policy, especially the observance of the ‘tamang bihis.’
