Man wanted for murder, dumping body near river falls
SCIENCE CITY OF MUŇOZ – Police here wasted no time and nabbed the city’s number one most wanted felon for murder after getting hold of the suspect’s arrest warrant on the same day here on Friday.
Nabbed was Mark Anthony Tabilin, 33, farmer, of Bgy. Villa Isla, this city.
City police head Lt. Col. Marlon M. Cudal said Tabilin was collared after he immediately ordered his men to implement the suspect’s arrest based on a court-issued arrest warrant his office received on Friday.
He said his men swooped down on the suspect’s hideout at 9:50 a.m. and served the arrest warrant issued against him by the Sto. Domingo, Nueva Ecija Branch 37 regional trial court on May 26, 2021 and which his station got on Friday, June 11.
Cudal said the court recommended no bail for the suspect’s temporary liberty.
Cudal also tagged the arrested suspect as the topmost wanted person in the city.
“Stabbing incident ang kinasangkutan ng suspect, tapos yun biktima itinapon niya sa gilid ng ilog,” said Cudal, in his text message to the Journal Group.
