Sa wakas ay binasag na nina Xian Lim at Kim Chiu ang kanilang katahimikan hinggil sa breakup rumor na matagal-tagal na ring pinagpipistahan ng madlang people.

Sa kani-kanilang Instagram account ngayong gabi, Dec, 23, ay nagsalita na ang KimXi at kinumpirma ang hiwalayan.

Nauna si Kim na magsalita at pagkatapos ng mga kalahating oras ay si Xian naman ang nag-post.

“End of a love story. It took me a while to say this until today,” ang bungad ni Kim.

Ayon sa aktres, minsan talaga ay hindi sapat ang pag-ibig lang for a relationship to work.

“We owe our supporters the truth, but we also respect each other’s time of healing. In a relationship, love is always a significant factor, but sometimes love is not enough,” she said.

Hindi na nagdetalye pa ang aktres sa dahilan ng breakup pero aniya, mutual decision nila na tapusin na ang kanilang mahigit isang dekadang relasyon.

“We shared more than a decade of love, each other’s support system, and many beautiful memories. It was our mutual decision to transition our relationship into what we hope to be a lifelong friendship,” pahayag ni Kimmy.

Pagkatapos nito ay nagbigay ng mensahe si Chinita Princess sa KimXi fans at hiniling na bigyan sila ng privacy para makapagsimulang muli.

“We thank all our followers for their love and support, but now we ask you to appreciate our honesty and give us the privacy we need as we begin new chapters of our lives. To all our supporters, maraming salamat for all the love and understanding,” aniya.

Sa huli ay nagbigay din ng madamdaming mensahe ang aktres sa boyfriend of 12 years.

“Lastly, to Xi, Thank you for the almost 12 years of beautiful memories together one can never imagine. You will always have a place in my heart. Thank you for showing me what love is,” mensahe ni Kim kay Xian.

“As we close this chapter, I ask for everyone’s kindness and respect. I hope this clears everything as we all move forward with our lives,” she concluded.

Open letter naman for Kim ang ginawa ni Xian as he expressed nothing but gratefulness and praises para sa ex-girlfriend.

“Dearest Kim, thank you for the long years we have spent loving each other.

“The 12 years of my life with you was the best gift I could ever ask for. We have expressed our love for each other to the fullest and knowing that I got to share those moment with you, knowing our hearts beat as one at one point in our lives is truly something I will cherish for life,” ani Xian.

Sinabi rin ng aktor na mananatili ang kanyang respeto at paghanga kay Kim at hiling niya na matagpuan nito ang kaligayahan at pagmamahal na hinahanap.

“Like all good things, it must eventually come to an end. I am grateful for all the moments we shared together. Thank you for all the unconditional love throughout the years. My respect and admiration for you as a person, as an artist, and as some one I spent more than a decade with will always remain.

“I wish that you will find all the happiness and love you are searching for. You deserve nothing but the best,” he said.
