ISO Certified
Mandaluyong City Mayor Menchie Abalos (1st row, 3rd from left) holds the ISO 9005:2015 Certificate of Quality Management System awarded to the city government by the National Quality Assurance Philippines Inc. (NQA). Mandaluyong is the first city not just in the National Capital Region but in the entire Luzon, and one of two cities in the country with a full scope certification.
