IMUS CITY, Cavite — The local government here through the City Health Office launched Friday the house to house COVID-19 vaccination for Imus residents who find it difficult to go to designated vaccination sites.

Dr. Randy Calingasan, Imus city health officer, together with local chief executive Manny Maliksi and Vice Mayor Ony Cantimbuhan and the vaccination team, leads the first day of the house to house vaccination to serve as a dry run for subsequent inoculations.

“This type of vaccination is dedicated to senior citizens and persons with disabilities who had difficulty in travelling, like the bedridden patients.

Imus City has fixed, drive thru and mobile vaccinations. It has inoculated 11,846 individuals as of April 22.
