A BETTOR won the P401 million jackpot of the Grand Lotto 6/55 while another bagged the P5.94 million jackpot of the Regular Lotto 6/42 on Saturday night’s draw (July 9) , according to the Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office (PCSO).

In an advisory, the PCSO said the winning combination for the 6/55 draw, in any order, are 02- 18- 49- 07- 19- 47.

The lucky bettor purchase the ticket from an outlet located in Iloilo City, Iloilo.

The total P401,186,804.80 jackpot , the agency said will be subjected to 20 percent tax in accordance with the TRAIN Law.

This means, the P80,237,360,96 would be deducted from the winnings.

The selling agent will get 1 % prize commission of the jackpot prize but not to exceed P1 million.

The agency also said there are 71 consolation prize winners, who fell a digit short from getting the whopping jackpot.

Each of them, per PCSO, will get P100,000 each, which will also be subjected to 20 percent tax.

Another bettor hit the P5.94 million in the regular lotto 6/42 draw .

The winner bagged the total P5,940,000.00 jackpot prize after guessing the exact winning combination of 27 – 18 – 26 – 13 – 02 – 03

The lucky ticket was purchased in Naic, Cavite.

Meanwhile , 84 bettors who guessed five out of the six-digit winning combination won second prize and will receive P24,000 each.

To claim their prizes, they must go to PCSO’s main office in Mandaluyong City, and present two IDs so they could get their checks .The agency said they should bring their tickets with them.

The PCSO urged the public to continue patronizing the products of the agency, saying people in dire need of help will surely benefit from the agency’s charity programs.

All lotto draws are aired live every 9 p.m. at PTV 4. Lotto 6/42 draw is every Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday; Super Lotto 6/49 draw is every Tuesday, Thursday and Sunday; Mega Lotto 6/45 is every Monday, Wednesday and Friday; Grand Lotto 6/55 draw is every Monday, Wednesday and Saturday; and Ultra Lotto 6/58 draw is every Tuesday Friday and Sunday.
