Collared drug pusher yields P.2M shabu
LUCENA CITY – Police operatives on Friday arrested a suspected notorious drug pusher and seized some P.2 million worth of shabu in a drug buy-bust at Purok Buklod, Pagkakaisa, Bgy. Cotta in this city.
Quezon police director Col. Joel Villanueva identified the nabbed suspect as Jan Bernnie Bondad, alias Jan-Jan, 28, and resident of the said place.
Villanueva said Bondad who has been included in the drug watch list was arrested by Intelligence operatives of Lucena City police station under Lt. Col. Romulo Albacea.
During the drug bust, Albacea said the suspect yielded seven heat-sealed plastic sachets containing 10.3 grams of shabu with a street value of P210,120 and a marked one P500 bill.
Albacea said the suspect has been under police surveillance.
He is now detained at the Lucena City lock-up jail.
