This as construction workers discovered human body parts at the construction site for the CALAX expressway in Bgy. Navarro in General Trias City, Cavite,
A police report said the body parts were dug up by a back hoe at 11 a.m. along the Ylang Ylang River.
Authorities are still determining the identity of the victim.
