Cebu Pacific warns vs ‘fake’ sales agents
CEBU Pacific Air (CEB) is aware of fraudsters pretending to be official sales agents initiating fake transactions and asking for payments to be remitted to individual accounts, not Cebu Air.
The airline clarified that they are not authorized by or connected with CEB.
We encourage the public to remain vigilant and be careful to book their flights through the official Cebu Pacific Air website and transact with legitimate sales agents to prevent fraud and inconvenience.
CEB may cancel flight bookings anytime if purchased from unauthorized sources.
