Caloocan gets 7th consecutive SGLG from DILG
THE Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG) conferred the seventh consecutive Seal of Good Local Governance (SGLG) to the City Government of Caloocan for its continued excellence in implementing impactful projects for its constituents.
The SGLG focuses on ten areas including financial administration, health, education, business-friendliness, disaster preparedness, and safety, peace, and order as indicators of good governance in local government units.
City Mayor Dale Gonzalo “Along” Malapitan congratulated the city government and his constituents for the SGLG recognition while expressing his commitment to continue improving city services mainly for the benefit of Caloocan residents.
“Patunay po ang ika-pitong SGLG na natanggap ng ating lungsod sa walang patid na pagkilos ng pamahalaang lungsod upang mapaunlad ang Caloocan, kasabay pa ng tiwala at suporta ng mga mamamayan sa lahat ng ating mga ginagawa,” Mayor Along said.
