Calapan mayor cited in Gawad Pilipino Awards 2022
THE hardworking “Mother of the City of Calapan,” Mayor Marilou Flores-Morillo was recognized at the recently concluded Gawad Pilipino Awards – Hero of the Year 2022.
The recognition recognized her exceptional service in Calapan just a few months into her tenure.
Flores-Morillo was immediately seen with “caring, honest service, and vision” for a more progressive and prosperous capital of Oriental Mindoro.
She was also hailed for launching various programs related to livelihood, education, and health.
Mayor Flores-Morillo said she is sharing this success with all Calapeños and her colleagues in the office, who are united with her in providing honest and caring service.
