
CAAP honors employees for service, achievements
THE Civil Aviation Authority of the Philippines (CAAP) honored the commendable efforts and achievements of its employees during its monthly flag-raising ceremony Monday, May 8, 2023 at the CAAP Complex.
Certificates of Recognition were presented to Jessica D. Jamero and Lea L. Bordon for their outstanding contributions from the Development Academy of the Philippines (DAP)-Public Management Development Program.
Jamero was conferred with the Best Smart Regulation Capstone Project award entitled “Reengineering the Height Clearance of Passive Telecommunications Tower Infrastructure (FTTI).”
Meanwhile, Bordon was recognized for graduating with Honors and receiving the Best Organizational Productivity Award for her Capstone Project entitled “Gearing Towards Risk-Based Surveillance through the Establishment of Safety Data Collection and Processing.”
In addition, certificates of appreciation were presented to Lauriano B. Claudio of the Administrative and Finance Service (AFS) and Elmer E. Gomez of the Air Navigation Service for their 43 and 37 years of outstanding dedication and honorable service to CAAP, respectively.
During the ceremony, CAAP Director General Manuel Antonio L. Tamayo and Human Resources Management Division Acting Chief Amenris G. Gabriel expressed their gratitude to the awardees for their exemplary performance and unwavering commitment to the CAAP.
