Bong Go shows fun side as game show guest host
SENATOR Christopher “Bong” Go took a short break from his strenuous schedule to bring services closer to the people and showed a more playful side as he joined Willie Revillame as a guest host on “Wil to Win” on Wednesday, January 29.
Senator Go helped spread joy to the studio audience and viewers at home.
One of the highlights of the show was when Senator Go assisted Willie in a lively guessing game segment, Willie of Fortune, where he enthusiastically cheered for the contestants, playfully teased some of them, and even sang along to a few classic hits.
Many viewers praised his down-to-earth nature, with some commenting online that his appearance made them appreciate him even more.
But what made the moment even more special were the unexpected bloopers—the crowd erupted in laughter when Go mischievously joked that the cash prizes were just play money, prompting Willie to pinch the senator’s cheeks in jest.
Revillame revealed that at the height of the pandemic, Senator Go who played a crucial role in ensuring that Wowowin Tutok to Win (Willie’s show at the time) could continue airing and bringing joy to Filipinos at home.
“Dahil sa kanya, natuloy yung pagtulong ko sa bawat Pilipino, during the COVID years,”Revillame said.
