IMUS CITY, Cavite – The local government here expressed full support for returning children to school on Monday, August 22, as long as children and parents must be safe, according to Mayor Alex “AA” Advincula in an interview Tuesday, August 16, 2022.

The Imus local government will also distribute insect repellent lotions to all the students on the first day of class to protect them against dengue which now has high cases in the said city.

“We will also distribute school notebooks and school bags for public school students from kinder, grade school to high school, to reduce the expenses of the parents, especially during this time of the pandemic,” Advincula pointed out.

“Next year, I’m planning to give away free school uniforms also for them para mas lalong makagaan sa gastusin ng mga magulang natin dito sa Imus,” Advincula said.
