Batangas slay suspect falls in Occ. Mindoro
A 44-YEAR-OLD construction worker facing a murder case in Batangas was arrested by police Saturday in Bgy. Poblacion, Magsaysay, Occidental Mindoro.
Taal Municipal Municipal Police Station Maj. Dante L. Majadas identified said the arrested suspect has a live-in-partner is a native of Taal, Batangas and presently residing in Bgy. Poblacion, Magsaysay, Occidental Mindoro.
The suspect is most wanted at the provincial level and was arrested by personnel of the Taal MPS led by PEMS Genesis Tiongson together with Magsaysay MPS headed by PCMS Garcia and San Jose MPS led by PEMS Molina after the serving of a warrant of arrest against the accused in Bgy. Cawit Magsaysay Occidental Mindoro at 4:30 p.m.
The warrant was issued on August 24, 2020, by Judge Juanita G. Areta of the Regional Trial Court (RTC), Fourth Judicial Region Branch 86 of Taal, Batangas with no bail recommended. By JOJO CESAR MAGSOMBOL
