Road rage
PRESIDENT Ferdinand Marcos Jr. has called on motorists to learn to be patient while on the road.
The Ilocano Chief Executive reminded motorists that driving comes with responsibility not entitlement.
“Huwag maging kamote,” Marcos said in his recent vlog following the road rage in Antipolo. Rizal. The road rage in Antipolo led to violence and death.
“Kamote” is a Filipino slang term, referring to undisciplined motorists.
President Marcos lamented the presence of these “ang tatapang at ang sisigang drayber sa daan.”

He issued the reminder as the annual exodus of Metro Manilans to the provinces has started.
We commend the Chief Executive for calling on the motorists to always follow traffic laws, rules and regulations.
At ang mahalaga ay habaan natin ang ating pasensiya dahil wala namang mawawala kung gagawin natin ito.
