2 Nigerian nationals, 4 Pinoys nabbed in drug den raid
MABALACAT CITY, Pampanga — Two Nigerian nationals and their four Filipino cohorts on Thursday night were arrested while some high-grade marijuana and shabu were seized in a raid at an alleged drug den in this city.
Nabbed were Nigerian nationals Kingsly Anaelechi, 37, of Rosanda St., Samson Ville, Dau; and Nelson Okafor, 25, of San Rafael, Tarlac City; and their Filipino cohorts April Wright, 25, of San Juan St., Villa Teodora, Dau; Eric Desuyo, 29, of Don Cornillo, Dau; Norwin Carpio, 20, of Mars St., Doña Anicia, Dau; and Ralph Joseph Yalung, 25, of Bgy. Duquit.
Agents of the PDEA Pampanga Provincial Office launched the anti-drug operation in San Juan St., Villa Teodora, Dau at 11:30 p.m. on Thursday.
Seized were 30 grams of suspected shabu, with an estimated value of P204,000; 30 grams of dried marijuana leaves worth at least P3,600; two grams of kush or high-grade marijuana valued at P2,000 and assorted drug paraphernalia.
Charges for violation of the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002 were filed against the arrested suspects.
