SUBIC, ZAMBALES —Operatives of PDEA Zambales, Subic Police Station and Zambales PPO PIU on Sunday dismantled two drug dens and arrested 12 suspects in separate operations in this town.

Police arrested in the first operation in Bgy. Matain seven suspects who yielded at least 12.55 grams of shabu with an estimated street value of P81,575 and assorted drug paraphernalia.

The arrested suspects were identified as drug den operators Felix Predas Jr., 43, and Loida Predas, 35; Rico Mamaril, 40; Jhoan Diaz, 34, all of 0531 National Highway, Matain, Subic; Renie Sapnu, 31, of Sitio Malingao, Cawag, Subic; Nino Carias, 43, and Crisanto Padilla, 41, both of Blk 27 Upper Gordon Heights, Olongapo City.

Police raided another drug den in Bgy. Calapacuan, seized shabu worth P105,000 and arrested laborer Benjamin Cruz, 41, drug den maintainer; make-up artist Elmer Bais, 35; fisherman Rex Soriano, 26, all of Calapandayan,Subic; Emmanuel Reyes, 52 of Upper Kalaklan, Olongapo; and Marvin Toralba, 21, of Calapacuan, Subic.

Charges for violation of the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act if 2002 will be filed against the suspects.
