At 3 PM Saturday, a low pressure area (LPA) was estimated based on all available data over the coastal waters of Cuyo, Palawan. The easterlies are affecting the rest of the country.

Metro Manila, Visayas, Calabarzon, Mimaropa and Bicol Region will have cloudy skies with scattered rains and thunderstorms due to the LPA. Flash floods or landslides possible due to moderate to at times heavy rains.
