At 3 PM Tuesday, the center of Tropical Storm (TS) “Kristine” {Trami} was estimated based on all available data at 275 km east northeast of Virac, Catanduanes or 400 km east of Daet, Camarines Norte.
Metro Manila, the rest of Luzon, Eastern Visayas, Dinagat Islands and Surigao del Norte will have rains with gusty winds due to TS Kristine. Flash floods or landslides possible due to moderate to heavy with at times intense rains. There is minimal to minor threat to lives and properties due to strong winds.
