Trike driver gunned down in Tarlac
RIDING-in-tandem assassins shot and killed a man driving a tricycle on Thursday in San Manuel, Tarlac.
In a report to PRO (Police Regional Office) 3 director Brig. Gen. Jose Hidalgo Jr., the San Manuel police identified the victim as Mark Anthony Galsim, 36, of Bgy. Pindangan, Alcala, Pangasinan.
The police said the victim was traversing the road in Bgy. San Narciso in San Manuel, Tarlac on his tricycle when the unidentified suspects shot him several times. He died instantly.
The Tarlac police immediately conducted an Oplan Kandado in nearby areas to chase the suspects.
