Metro Manila, Mimaropa, Calabarzon, Western and Central Visayas, and the rest of Mindanao will have cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms caused by the southwest monsoon. Flash floods or landslides possible due to moderate to at times heavy rains.
