Speaker Ferdinand Martin G. Romualdez joins the 2023 Ten Outstanding Boy Scouts of the Philippines (BSP) awardees, accompanied by BSP officials, for a group photo after welcoming them to the Social Hall of the Speaker’s Office at the House of Representatives on Tuesday.
