Silang LGU warns ‘Bogus’ land sellers
Silang, Cavite Municipal Administrator Nathaniel ‘Jung’ Anarna Jr. led the serving of the Notice to the public signage with the staff of the Silang local government unit (LGU) and Philippine National Police (PNP) Silang of the land for sale in Sitio Calaca, Pulong Saging in Barangay Kaong on January 9, 2023, to serve as a “warning” to those who want to buy land here, especially since the said owner allegedly does not have a “license to sell” or a development permit.
According to Silang LGU, the public can clarify before buying land and making a transaction or can send a message at their official Facebook page, “Office of the Mayor of Silang.”
