Samar’s most wanted arrested
IMUS CITY, Cavite—Policemen of this city arrested a man tagged as among the most wanted in Samar through an intensified intelligence-driven operation in Brgy. Poblacion Norte, San Isidro, Northern Samar.
Tagaytay City chief of police Lt. Col. Charles Daven Capagcuan identified the suspect as Jaylord Rabaton Balein, 30, of Barangay Poblacion Norte, San Isidro Northern Samar.
The suspect was arrested through the joint police operation of Tagaytay City Police Station, San Isidro MPS and PIU Northern Samar PPO.
Balein was arrested by virtue of a warrant of arrest for statutory rape. No bail is recommended for his temporary freedom.
The suspect is now under the custody of Tagaytay City Police Station for documentation and proper disposition.
“I commend the unwavering effort of our police operatives to hunt down people with an existing warrant of arrest. We will intensify our campaign against other wanted persons to make sure that they will face the charges filed against them in court,” Police Col.
