Rob-extort suspect nabbed in Tarlac
CAMP Olivas, City of San Fernando, Pampanga – Members of the Criminal Investigation and Detection Group (CIDG)-Tarlac and the Tarlac police launched the Oplan Paglalansag Omega on Thursday and arrested a man wanted for robbery and extortion in Tarlac.
Region 3 CIDG chief Col. Norberto Delmas identified the suspect as Cesario David Bautista Jr., 64, of 251 Landing, Sta. Lucia, Capas, Tarlac, who yielded a .38 caliber pistol.
Delmas said Bautista has a warrant for violation of Republic Act 10591, or the Comprehensive Firearms and Ammunition Regulation Act, issued by Capas, Tarlac Regional Trial Court Branch 66 Judge Ronald Leo Haban.
The arrested person is now under the custody of the Tarlac police.
