RELIEF PACKS
Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) Secretary Rex Gatchalian, together with Ilocos Norte Governor Matthew Marcos Manotoc, on Friday distributed relief goods to the second batch of recipients from barangays Zamboanga and Cabugaan South in Laoag City.
