Singapore Ambassador to the Philippines Constance See (3rd from left) graces this year’s commemoration of the 146th Birth Anniversary of the late President Manuel Luis Quezon as guest of honor and speaker held at the latter’s monument in Perez Park, Lucena City.
During the floral offering, See is escorted by Quezon Gov. Angelina Tan and Southern Luzon Command chief Lt. Gen. Facundo Palafox IV. In her speech, See expressed gratitude to her good friend governor for inviting her to the special event.
