PSC at work
COMMISSIONER Edward Hayco of the Philippine Sports Commission (PEC).visited Davao City to lead the National Grassroots Sports Summit at the Agro Industrial Foundation College of the Philippines.
The summit taught sports leaders and coaches the legal basis they can use to lobby support and build partnerships with their respective local government units.
