CAMP OLIVAS, City of San Fernando, Pampanga — Police Brigadier General Enrico H. Vargas, the Deputy Regional Director for Administration of the Police Regional Office 3, yesterday bid farewell as he officially retired from the PNP service.

Assuming his responsibilities in the PRO3 last December 22, 2022, Vargas dedicated nearly a year to his role and contributed a total of 33 years and almost seven months of service to the Philippine National Police.

Reflecting on his journey, he acknowledged the challenges he faced but expressed profound gratitude to the local officials and fellow policemen of the region for their unwavering support.
