Power outage cancels, delays domestic flights at NAIA

ALL 42 commercial airports operated by the Civil Aviation Authority of the Philippines (CAAP) are currently extending assistance to passengers affected by the recent power outage yesterday morning at Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA) Terminal 3.

In response to the incident, the CAAP has activated its Malasakit Help Desks and provides immediate assistance to stranded passengers. The Malasakit Help Desks are equipped with personnel, essential supplies, such as food, water, and first aid kits, to ensure the comfort and safety of affected travelers.

The CAAP is working closely with airlines to ensure that all affected passengers are taken care of Manila International Airport Authority (MIAA) said only domestic flights were affected by the power outage at around 1: 05 a.m. All international flights will operate as scheduled.

The following is a list of flights canceled due to the power outage incident: Manila-Tuguegarao-Manila; Manila-Daraga-Manila; Manila-Cagayan-Manila; Manila- Cauayan-Manila; Manila-Dipolog-Manila; Manila- Puerto Princesa-Manila; Manila- Caticlan-Manila; Manila-Cebu-Manila; Manila- Panglao-Manila; Manila- Bacolod-Manila; Manila-Davao-Manila; Manila-Davao-Manila; Manila- Butuan-Manila; Manila- Zamboanga-Manila; Manila- General Santos-Manila; Manila-Ozamiz-Manila; Manila-Caticlan-Manila; Manila-Iloilo-Manila; Manila-Tacloban-Manila; Manila-Cotabato-Manila; Manila-Pagadian-Manila; and Iloilo-Manila.
