CALAMBA police seized on Saturday a total of 458.75 grams of suspected “shabu” with an estimated street value of P 3,119,500 in separate buy-bust operations resulting to the arrest of three High Value Individuals (HVI).

In a report sent to Police Colonel Randy Glenn G. Silvio, acting provincial director, Laguna Police Provincial Office, Police Lieutenant Colonel Milany E. Martirez, acting Calamba City Police chief, said the first operation conducted in Bgy. Halang Village in in the city resulted in the arrest of alias Buboy, 25, HVI, for selling 53.75 grams of suspected shabu with an estimated street value of P365,500.

Five hours later, an operation conducted in Turbina Village also resulted to the arrest of a certain Roni, 25, HVI, for selling 405 grams of suspected shabu with an estimated value worth P2,754,000.

Another HVI identified as Christian Fernandez Libao alias Lupin,22, was arrested for allegedly conspiring to commit an illegal act as the marked buy-bust money of five P1,000 bills were found in his possession.

The arrested suspects are now under the custody of Calamba City Police Station while appropriate charges are prepared for filing at the Court.
