Over 600 Kadamay members withdraw from Reds
CAMP OLIVAS, City of San Fernando, Pampanga – More 600 Kalipunan ng Damayang Mahihirap (KADAMAY) members withdrew their support from the CPP-NPA-NDF and denounced terrorism on Wednesday in Bgy. Sapang Palay, City of San Jose Del Monte, Bulacan.
Police Regional Office (PRO3) 3 director Brig. Gen. Matthew Baccay said the Regional Mobile Force Battalion 3 headed by Col. Wilson Santos facilitated the mass withdrawal of support of KADAMAY members from the CPP-NPA-NDF.
The activity was highlighted with the signing of the oath of allegiance of the Kadamay members.
“I am once again urging those who are still actively fighting the government to lay down their arms and embrace other peaceful means to attain their sought-after changes.
