SENATOR Jose “Jinggoy” Estrada described as a polluted source Jonathan Morales, who had linked President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. and actress Maricel Soriano to illegal drugs.

“It is the call of Senator Dela Rosa if he still want to pursue the investigation,” Estrada said during a press conference.

Estrada added that those who are lying can be held liable insisting that there’s an existing law to punish those people who are concocting false stories and using the senate as a venue to spread their lies.

“May batas po tayo diyan. Resources po ng gobyerno ang ginagamit. As far as I am concerned, the President is not included in the drug list. Even Maricel Soriano. In fairness kay Sen.

In the hearing of the Senate Committee on Public Order and Dangerous Drugs chaired by Senator Ronald “Bato” dela Rosa into the alleged leak of Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA) documents linking her and President Ferdinand Marcos Jr.’s allegedly into their involvement in illegal drugs, Morales admitted that he cannot recall the identity of the confidential informant of the agency’s leaked documents.

“I could no longer recall po your honor,” Morales answered Estrada when asked him to identify the identity of his source.

Obviously piqued, Estrada castigated Morales for facing the hearing and giving them such kind of an answer which he described as questionable.

Estrada said.

Morales said he still need to refresh his memory and to see all pertinent documents first before he could fully recall the identify of his so-called informant.

Actress Maricel Soriano also faced the Senate’s investigation, saying she is more than willing to provide all the information and help that she could give to the committee to shed light on the issue.

When asked by Senator Bato why her name was dragged into the issue, Soriano said she was also surprised and cannot understand why she was invited to testify in the hearing.

Soriano admitted that she was the owner of Unit 4-C Rizal Tower Bldg, Rockwell, Poblacion in Makati City that was mentioned by Morales.

Hindi ako sigurado sa month,” she said.

Soriano said she is willing to submit her deed of sale to the committee as proof that the unit was already sold since year 2012.

When asked also about her two helpers who allegedly claimed that the actress physical abuse them which made them decide to leave her, Soriano said: “Hindi naman po totoo yan.

Soriano said she is more than willing to present herself in the investigation and will not hesitate to face Morales.
