Mandanas visits COA’s seminar for SK Federation
BATANGAS – Governor Dodo Mandanas (encircled) personally visited the training and seminar of the Commission On Audit (COA) regarding the financial transactions of young officials, the Sangguniang Kabataan (SK) Federation in the province that was held at Lima Park Hotel, Malvar, Batangas on July 27, Wednesday.
Various SK Federation elected and appointed officers attended the said COA activity.
Gov. Mandanas said in his message about the importance of their “responsibility for shaping and influencing their fellow youths, who are the true hope of the people.”
The Batangas governor also thanked the Commission On Audit Regional Office (COA-RO) IV-A for taking the time to focus on the young officers from the province, especially including them in there will be additional funds from the tax collected by the national government due to the “Mandanas-Garcia Ruling”.
