PROBE Maco landslide.

Thus ACT-CIS Rep. Erwin Tulfo urged regarding the calamity which occurred last month.

Tulfo said.

According to Cong.

The lawmaker added that he thought the Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR) or the Mines and Geosciences Bureau (MGB) would act immediately to investigate but nothing allegedly happened.

In an interview, the House Deputy Majority leader said they have filed a proposal with Davao De Oro 2nd District Rep. Ruwel Peter Gonzaga and asked the Congress to intervene and investigate the tragic incident.

The neophyte congressman said, “nasa komite na ni Dinagat Cong.

House leadership and some legislators, such as ACT Teachers and Gabriela Partylist, supported the congressional investigation into the Maco landslide incident.

“We can’t just sit down at hayaan lang natin na hindi gumulong ang hustisya para sa 90 na namatay,” said ACT Teacher Cong. France Castro.
