Leaders of vote-rice Pampanga endorse Erwin Tulfo for senator

LEADERS of vote-rich Pampanga, which has 1.67 million registered voters, have officially endorsed senatorial candidate Erwin Tulfo for the upcoming May elections.

During a campaign trail in the province that spanned Clark, Angeles City, and San Fernando, local government officials led by Vice Governor and gubernatorial candidate Lilia “Nanay” Pineda expressed their utmost support for Tulfo’s bid for a Senate seat.

“Erwin Tulfo is the number one Senator in Pampanga because he has always been supportive of the province—from his time as Secretary of the Department of Social Welfare and Development up to now.

Kapampangans will support him as he seeks a Senate seat,” Nanay Pineda stated.

Also expressing their support were Pampanga Governor Dennis “Delta” Pineda, Congressman Carmelo “Jon” Lazatin II, Angeles City Mayor Carmelo “Pogi” Lazatin Jr., Magalang Mayor Malu Paras-Lacson, Porac Mayor Francis Tamayo, Arayat Mayor Madir Alejandrino, Apalit Mayor Jun Tetangco, Angeles City Vice Mayor Vicky Vega-Cabigting, along with Board Members from Pampanga.

Reflecting the strong trust and endorsement of Pampanga’s leaders was the warm welcome given by Kapampangans to the senatorial aspirant at all events during the campaign trail.

“Among all the provinces I have been to, only Pampanga has given me this kind of warm welcome. So thank you so much for your support—for me and for the entire Alyansa slate,” Tulfo said, thanking supporters from the province.

The Alyansa para sa Bagong Pilipinas candidate likewise vowed to provide more support to the province in the form of infrastructure projects and social programs.
