Despite the intense heat due to the dry season, Batangas 2nd District Representative Gerville ‘Jinky Bitrics’ Luistro (encircled) did not mind the hot weather when she visited on Saturday, April 22, the town of San Luis and joined the meeting of the barangay officials of Manggahan. She expressed all the desires and project plans for the further development of San Luis, which the barangay officials strongly supported.
