MANILA Mayor Honey Lacuna-Pangan will lead today the groundbreaking ceremony for the complete rehabilitation of Lagusnilad Vehicular Underpass in front of the Manila City Hall.

The Manila Public Information Office (MPIO) advised all vehicles bound for Taft Avenue to use alternative routes provided since Lagusnilad Vehicular Underpass will be partially closed for four months.

Manila City Engineer recently said city government will shoulder the repair and rehabilitation of the iconic Lagusnilad vehicular underpass which is under the national government being a part of the national road.

Eng. Andres said they are hoping that the repair and rehabilitation of Lagusnilad will be completed in September this year.
