
JYRA LAPITAN GETS STRONG SUPPORT FROM MINGLANILLANONS
JYRA Mantalaba Lapitan, a young candidate for the councilor in Minglanilla town, Cebu City, has achieved a significant rating in an independent poll survey where she is among those who received positive voter references for the upcoming midterm elections on May 12.
During the kickoff campaign organized by Team Unity, Lapitan received support from the residents of Minglanilla, who demonstrated exceptional engagement with ordinary citizens on the streets as they traversed a road in Minglanilla, signaling the start of the campaign period for local candidates.
Her interactions with the ordinary people revealed the qualities of an exceptional politician and leader, dedicated not only to the welfare and development of the youth but also to the well-being of all residents of Minglanilla.
Jyra comes from a distinguished and reputable family in the province of Cebu, which plays a significant role to improve their town by attracting investors and implementing housing projects and construction of roadways.
As a councilor of Minglanilla she is poised to make significant contributions to the development of the town and the welfare of its residents.
“My vision is to lead and inspire the younger generation towards a more promising future, while exemplifying positive values within our town. I will maintain a deep respect for all individuals, especially seniors, and will work to strengthen and advance the TRIPLE E (Education, Employment, and Entertainment) PROGRAM for the entire community,” Lapitan said.
She said that “In my capacity as a resident and elected councilor of our municipality, I am dedicated to championing the rights of every individual in Minglanilla. I will endorse laws and initiatives aimed at fostering the development and welfare of our community.”
“ I am determined to implement a fair system for the distribution of taxes and public funds to the residents of Minglanilla. Our town thrives through collective leadership, and it is our right to be treated justly,” the young Lapitan added.
