DRINKING FOUNTAINS FOR TACLOBAN CITY
The MWSS Regulatory Office, in partnership with Manila Water Company, Inc., Maynilad Water Services, Inc., led by Chief Regulator Atty. Patrick Ty (6th from left), the University of the Philippines Upsilon Sigma Phi and Sigma Delta Phi Batch 1999, donated two refrigerated drinking fountains to Tacloban City through the Office of the Honorable House Speaker Ferdinand Martin G.
