ALYANSA Para sa Bagong Pilipinas, the powerhouse Senate slate backed by President Ferdinand “Bongbong” Marcos Jr., is surging to victory, with all 11 of its candidates breaking into the winning circle in the latest OCTA Research survey conducted from April 10 to 16, 2025.
Leading the charge is ACT-CIS Party-list Rep. Erwin Tulfo, who ranked 1st to 2nd overall with a commanding 61.2 percent voter preference, underscoring the growing strength of the Alyansa team.
Former Senate President Vicente “Tito” Sotto III also delivered a strong showing, placing 3rd to 8th with 43.3 percent, while former Senator Panfilo “Ping” Lacson secured a 3rd to 10th place ranking with 39.7 percent.
Senator Pia Cayetano (3rd-10th, 39.5 percent), Senator Ramon “Bong” Revilla Jr. (4th-10th, 38.7 percent), and Senator Lito Lapid (5th-11th, 36.9 percent) also posted solid numbers, further consolidating Alyansa’s presence at the top.
Makati City Mayor Abby Binay (9th-18th, 35.7 percent), Deputy Speaker Camille Villar (10th-18th, 30.4 percent), and former Senator Manny Pacquiao (10th-18th, 30.3 percent) continued the strong showing across the slate.
Completing the powerhouse lineup are former Interior and Local Government Secretary Benhur Abalos (11th-19th, 28.8 percent) and Senate Majority Leader Francis Tolentino (11th-19th, 27.7 percent).
With just weeks remaining before the May 2025 elections, Alyansa is entering the most critical phase of the campaign with unstoppable energy, consolidating its support, mobilizing its full strength, and delivering a final, powerful appeal to the Filipino people to secure a decisive Senate majority under the “Bagong Pilipinas” vision.
The OCTA senatorial survey was participated in by 1,200 respondents aged 18 years old and above, with a margin of error of ±3 percent.
