Dear Self Aesthetic and Wellness Center recently marked its 4th anniversary with a remarkable event titled “Love Above All 2024,” celebrating the brand’s journey and milestones. The event, held in Manila, was a night of glamour, talent, and community spirit, embodying the center’s commitment to beauty, wellness, and giving back.

The evening’s highlight was the unveiling of Dear Self’s newest TV commercial, “Love Above All,” starring the vibrant dancers from It’s Showtime: Amina Magat, Mary Grace Abina, and Boomboom Neri Lopera. Their energetic performances set the stage ablaze, reflecting the passion and dedication Dear Self brings to its services. The TVC, a full-length commercial, will soon air on social media platforms and selected free TV channels, bringing the center’s message of self-love and empowerment to a broader audience.

Chief Marketing Officer Kenneth Tecson shared insights into the creative process behind the TVC, explaining how the theme of chiaroscuro—contrasting light and shadow—was used to highlight the beauty in every individual. The commercial, directed by Norbert Pineda, is a testament to the center’s belief in enhancing natural beauty through expert care and artistry.

Another significant milestone celebrated during the event was the official launch of Feelicity Spa and Wellness Center, Dear Self’s newest venture. Michel Requilman, Chief Operations Officer of Feelicity, introduced this exciting expansion, which focuses on holistic wellness services designed to rejuvenate the body and mind. Feelicity offers a range of therapies, including massages, skincare treatments, and wellness programs, all aimed at helping clients achieve a balanced and healthy lifestyle. The spa is already gaining traction, with multiple branches set to open across the country.

Dear Self Aesthetic and Wellness Center has always been driven by a strong sense of community, and this was evident in the evening’s acknowledgment of the center’s Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives. CEO Krystal Tecson-Geralde highlighted the ongoing outreach programs that have become a cornerstone of Dear Self’s mission. From medical missions to Brigada Eskwela, the center has consistently given back to the community, ensuring that their success also benefits those in need. Attendees were encouraged to support these initiatives, which are a vital part of Dear Self’s core values.

The grand launch event was not just about milestones; it was also a celebration of talent. The audience was treated to performances by Dear Self’s brand ambassadors and other artists, including Rainner Acosta, Eden Faith Lucaylucay, Josh Nubla, Lucky Robles, and Marty Liñan. The night concluded with a powerful performance by the band BOB, leaving the guests inspired and entertained.

Ric Abasola and Allan Alojipan, the event hosts and Dear Self’s brand ambassadors, ended the event with exciting raffles and special awards, adding to the festive atmosphere. Guests left with a renewed sense of appreciation for the brand and its contributions to the wellness industry.

As Dear Self Aesthetic and Wellness Center continues to grow, its commitment to beauty, wellness, and community remains stronger than ever. The “Love Above All 2024” celebration was a fitting tribute to four years of success and a promising glimpse into the future.

Dear Self Aesthetic and Wellness Center is dedicated to enhancing the natural beauty of its clients through a range of innovative aesthetic treatments and wellness services. With a commitment to excellence and a strong community focus, Dear Self continues to be a leader in the wellness industry in the Philippines.

The founding of this Wellness Center is truly an inspiring story, and I take the time to share it for two important reasons. First, as means to learn or “benchmark” from it. This type of story sharing can give us astonishing awareness into taking action and experiencing something that we may never have heard about; and secondly, that we may be inspired in return. This can motivate us to take action and do something worthwhile, whether it be something completely new or something we have been thinking about it.

Ed Hager was once said, “When we pull back the curtain of our hearts and reveal who we really are when we share our stories, it builds unbelievable rapport, opening doors of friendship and deepening relationships that heal and bring wholeness. When we share our stories, it promotes transparency and reduces defensiveness, inviting others to walk with us in our pain and development as a child of God. But perhaps most importantly, it gives freedom to the Holy Spirit to flow through us into the hearts and souls of those with whom we share our stories.”
