Dead man on Tarlac road
A DEAD man on Thursday was found dumped on the road in Bgy. San Bartolome, Concepcion, Tarlac.
In a report to Police Regional Office 3 director Brig. Gen. Jean Fajardo, the Tarlac police said the body of a dead man was discovered on a graddy portion near the road at the boundary of Navaling, Magalang-San Bartolome Road in Bgy. San Bartolome.
The victim’s head was covered with a sack and the body was wrapped with bed mattress.
Responding members of the Concepcion police said the still unidentified victim, who was clad with tattoos, was wearing a white shorts, and no t-shirt.
Police are reviewing the CCTV footages in the area to identify the victim.
