A Police Regional Office 7 (PRO7) report said members of the Lapu-Lapu City Police Office Drug Enforcement Unit led by Major Joey Bicoy led the operation which led in the arrest of the top drug target.
Recovered during the sting were an estimated 4.1 kilos of the so-called ‘poor man’s cocaine’ worth P27,880,000 and the buy-bust money topped by several marked bills.
The suspect is now undergoing investigation at the Lapu-Lapu City Police Office.
