The woman then screamed for help and neighbors rushed them to the Diosdado P. Macapagal Memorial Hospital in Guagua, Pampanga, where the boy was declared dead upon arrival.

During the operation, apprehending officers also arrested an alias ”Ronald,” who hid the suspect at his house. He will be charged with obstruction of justice.

Alias “Ram” will be charged with homicide, attempted homicide, and violation of Republic Act 9262 also known as the Anti-Violence Against Women and Their Children Act of 2004.
