Central Luzon’s 2 most wanted fugitives fall

CAMP OLIVAS, City of San Fernando, Pampanga – Police Regional Office 3 director Brig. Gen. Jose Hidalgo Jr. said the relentless operations of the Central Luzon police resulted in the arrest of two most wanted felons in Aurora and Pampanga.

Last Tuesday, the Magalang police, together with the Pampanga Provincial Intelligence Team and Regional Special Operations Group 3, arrested Dumars Roderos Dulu, 23, listed as no. 1 most wanted person in the region.

Dulu, a member of the crime group “Bull Cap Boys” and a resident of Sta. Lucia Rest., Bgy. San Isidro, Magalang, Pampanga, is facing robbery charges.

The suspect was jailed twice this year for the same same offense.

In Dinalungan, Aurora, joint operatives of the Dinalungan and Sariaya police arrested Cesar Ibanez, the 42-year-old Top 2 most wanted in Sariaya.

Ibanez, a construction worker residing in Bgy. Sampalok II, Sariaya, Quezon, was charged with homicide and frustrated homicide.

Meanwhile, alias JR Joaquin, a man wanted for murder, was arrested by tracker teams of San Miguel police in Paliwasan, San Miguel, Bulacan.

A sting operation by the Plaridel police in Bgy. Banga 1st, Plaridel, Bulacan resulted in the confiscation of shabu worth P37,400 from suspects Michael Angelo Ramos and Jean Pagkalinawan, both residents of Banga 1st, Plaridel.

“Your police remain steadfast in its commitment to serving the public and maintaining peace and order in our communities. We will continue to work tirelessly to bring criminals to justice and make our region a safer place for all its residents,” Hidalgo said.
