Catriona sa success ng MU 2023: ‘That’s a wrap’
“THAT’S a wrap on the 72nd @missuniverse.” Ito ang naging bati ni Miss Universe (MU) 2018 Catriona Gray sa success ng ika-72 edisyon ng MU, na siya rin kanyang ginanapan bilang backstage correspondent.
Sa isang social media post, binati ni Cat ang bagong koronang si Sheynnis Palacios ng Nicaragua, gayundin si R’Bonney Nola ng USA ang MU 2022.
Aniya, “Welcome to the new Queen @sheynnispalacios_of from Nicaragua. @rbonneynola you had such an impactful reign! So excited to see where your journey takes you next!!”
Pinasalamatan din ni Cat si Paula Shugart, ang resigned president ng MU organization. “As someone who has been directly impacted and had my life changed because of your vision, I am forever greatful, as are the hundreds of girls and each of their communities, causes and countries that you brought onto the universe stage.”
Hindi rin nagpahuli si Cat na batiin ang pambato ng Pilipinas na si Michelle Dee. Sa kanyang mensahe, sinabi nitong maganda ang naging laban ni Michelle. “Yours is a comeback story that I know well, and so it’s with certainty that I can say, never denied only redirected. Whatever you choose to pursue, we’re all right behind you! Mabuhay ka!”
