BDO employees distribute relief packs to 1,780 typhoon-stricken families in Laguna
24 JULY 2024 -– BDO employee volunteers responded to the call for assistance in typhoon-stricken communities in Bay and Nagcarlan, Laguna, distributing relief packs to 1,780 families across 61 barangays affected by Typhoon Aghon.
BDO Foundation worked closely with BDO Network Bank branches in Bay and Nagcarlan along with local government units in identifying the immediate needs of affected communities and mobilizing teams to aid in the distribution of goods.
In line with its disaster response advocacy, BDO Foundation, the corporate social responsibility arm of BDO Unibank, reaches out and provides aid to families affected by typhoons, flooding, and other natural disasters.
