AN art exhibit will be launched to raise public awareness for individuals on the spectrum that they have strengths that can be discovered through “art as a medium” and also to help market children’s artworks.

The art exhibit, “Artismo Repeat,” will showcase artworks from 13 participants from ASP (Autism Society Philippines, Antipolo) – Antipolo Young Artists.

On December 3, 2022, at 3:00 p.m., ASP will launch artworks by children at Le Blanc Hotel and Resort, Antipolo, and will run until January 2022.

ASP is made up of parents and individuals who advocate understanding, compassion, and acceptance for persons/children with autism in the community.

One of the goals of the said organization is to develop an “Autism OK Antipolo” for children with autism.

Autism is a life-long condition in which an individual struggles with social interaction with others.

In addition, our organization is doing activities so that our children will have the opportunity to socialize and interact with others for their development and progress and, at the same time, enrich their skills and for their parents to find their children’s interests.

The exhibit aims to create awareness, accommodation, appreciation, and understanding of autism.

It is also to empower parents of what their children are capable of in terms of visual arts and to empower too, children on the spectrum so that they can be productive members of society and showcase the talents the children have.

Proceeds of the sale will go to the artists to fund their therapy needs.
